Hybrid seminar “Apartment building renovation and follow-up activities” 16.09.2022

We invite you all to participate at an Estonian-Latvian hybrid seminar “Apartment building renovation and follow-up activities “, on 16^th of September at 11:00-15:30.

This hybrid seminar is dedicated to apartment building renovation and follow-up activities. In this seminar we will give overview about apartment building renovation and its pros and cons. We also want to give overview about follow-up activities after renovation. It is important that home owners and building managers understand that the renovations brings some extra works and extra costs. With this seminar we give examples from Estonia and Latvia.

Seminar is hybrid and there is possibility to participate in Tartu, SPARK Demo (Narva mnt 3) and on web. People in Tartu will have site visit to apartment building renovated by SmartEnCity project.

Kalle Virkus (TREA) will tell us about renovation and good-bad from SmartEnCity project

Martin Kikas (TREA) conveys the building management company (Kvatro) experience of renovation and follow-up activities

Edgars Augustiņš (Vidzeme Planning Region) will tell us about ESCO services for multi-apartment buildings with guaranteed energy savings and work quality for 20 years

14:00 – 15:30 Site visit to SmartEnCity building
