Project activites:

SIRCULAR is an international cooperation project that aims to develop digital tools, technological solutions, and services for building decarbonisation, as well as a methodology for assessing buildings based on circular economy principles. The project is characterised by a general human-centred approach that prioritises the needs and well-being of both individuals and the communities around them.

From Estonia, the project partners include Tallinn University of Technology, the Estonian Union of Cooperative Housing Associations, Tartu Regional Energy Agency, and Balti Vara Ehitus OÜ. At the project’s demonstration site in Estonia, a building will undergo industrial renovation, following the principles of reuse and circular economy.
