Each webinar will focus on one of the following 3 perspectives: transport, utilities and governance. Experts from each sector will share their experience and ideas on the given topic. All participants are welcome to participate in the discussion session with the experts after presentations. The project comprises partners from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany. Dialogue is organized in each of the 4 countries. Baltic and German municipalities, municipal enterprises and energy agencies as well as other interested stakeholders form the target groups. The project is part of the European Climate Initiative (EUKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU).
