The real and virtual demonstration cases will show and ensure the replicability of the schemes and technical tools to appropriately address the valorisation of the building stock before and after nZEB renovation schemes are applied.<\/p>\n<p>This will be achieved through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovative holistic, cost-effective and fast deep retrofitting methodologies for nZEB;<\/li>\n<li>ICT tools to support the methodology for nZEB renovation;<\/li>\n<li>Cost-effective and non-intrusive prefabricated multi-functional modular \u201cplug and play\u201d systems for the renovation of buildings;<\/li>\n<li>The transformation of buildings into Active Energy in order to increase the post-retrofitting property value;<\/li>\n<li>Nodes through a smart control and monitoring system;<\/li>\n<li>New collaborative multi-value, multi-stakeholder methodologies and decision making process for selecting the best energy efficient renovation strategy;<\/li>\n<li>New drivers of change for the Real Estate Industry creating fresh post-renovated property value schemes;<\/li>\n<li>The demonstration of market replicability of the holistic methodology and new technologies through real and virtual demonstration sites;<\/li>\n<li>Training and awareness of the value chain to boost the nZEB market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column results:\u00a0<\/strong>A comprehensive methodology that covers the whole life-cycle of a renovation project. The methodology offers the best opportunities to increase the value of real estate and optimizes energy efficiency. The project will develop a modular, integrated, multifunctional solution for building envelopes, where the necessary technical equipment is built into the compact modules.
