Project aims to:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increasing the daily intelligent energy use in school, community and households.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increasing the awareness of the energy use in schools and introducing the various active energy education opportunities in order to influence the awareness of a young generarion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introducing and implementing new smart solutions and good examples by using demo devices, counseling and ICT solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>3. Activities in schools<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The poll about students\u2019 and teachers\u2019 energy use and attitudes in the schools that are participating in project (R\u00f5uge Primary School, E.Gl\u00fccki Aluksne Gymnasium, Valmiera Viesturs Secondary School and Lizumsi Secondary School).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifying opportunities and needs for energy saving in schools, acquiring and installing the necessary small equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Short lectures for parents and teachers in schools participating in the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activities of students\u2019 energy hobby groups in R\u00f5uge Primary School, E.Gl\u00fccki Aluksne Gymnasium, Valmiera Viesturs Secondary School and Lizums High School: developing and experimenting the various tests for the energy days; coaching the workshops on energy days and conducting experiments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Video competitions for all basic school students in the counties (V\u00f5ru, Aluksne, Valmiera, Lizums).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizing two energy days: December, 2017 in R\u00f5uge school (for students from grades 7\u22129, participants from Latvia, R\u00f5uge and elsewhere in V\u00f5ru county) and in February 2018 in Aluksne Gymnasium.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participating in bilateral energy days in R\u00f5uge and in Aluksne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participating in school excursions in Estonia and in Latvia (students of energy hobby groups and other interested students).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>6. Activities in communities<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In R\u00f5uge, Aluksne and Valmiera, there will be chosen 10 households (including apartment buildings, apartments, different private homes etc) that are interested in measuring and analyzing their home energy consumption.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Testing the energy saving technologies and energy monitoring equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizing three public energy use workshops and lectures in both communities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Representatives of households participating in the project and other interested persons are taking part in study visit in Latvia and
